What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, mobile money number and country.
- Money records: every wallet movement, activation payment, withdrawal request, loan and investment.
- Activity records: which games you played and when, the rounds and answers, and the reward each produced.
- Technical records: your IP address at sign-in and at each reward claim, and the time of each request.
Why we collect it
To run your account, to pay you correctly, to prove what happened if a payment is disputed, and to detect accounts that automate or fake activity. The IP address kept against a claim exists for that last purpose and nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your contact details with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Our mobile money provider (LivePay, and through it MTN or Airtel), with your phone number and the amount, so that you can pay us and we can send your payouts; and law enforcement or a regulator where we are legally required to.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used and how people find us. It sets cookies and receives your browser's details and an approximate location, under Google's own privacy policy. It never receives your name, username, phone number or any amount. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works the same.
How long we keep it
Money records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records, even after an account is closed, because they are the evidence of what we paid you. Activity records are kept while your account is open.
Your rights
You can see and correct your own details from your profile page, and read your full wallet history at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, write to customer support.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Sessions use cookies that JavaScript cannot read. Every money-moving action requires a token tied to your session, so another site cannot make one on your behalf.
