1. Who we are

ZUNO operates an online platform on which registered members complete small tasks in exchange for rewards credited to an in-platform wallet. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country we serve. You may hold one account only. Accounts registered with false details, or operated by software rather than a person, may be suspended and any balance withheld pending review.

3. Activation fee

Registration is free. Access to the earning modules requires a one-time activation fee, priced per country and shown in full before you pay (UGX 19,000 in Uganda). The fee is charged once and is not a deposit, an investment, or a purchase of any share in the platform. It is not refundable once your account has been activated, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

4. Rewards and daily limits

Each task carries a published reward, a daily limit and, in some cases, a minimum time or score. Rewards are credited only when the server records that the activity was genuinely completed. We may vary rewards and limits at any time; changes apply from the moment they are published and never retroactively to rewards already credited.

5. Your wallet

Balances held on ZUNO are a record of amounts we owe you under these terms. They do not earn interest except through an investment plan you explicitly open, are not a bank deposit, and are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

6. Withdrawals

You may withdraw a balance once it is at or above the minimum for your country (UGX 20,000). A fee of 1% applies. Payouts go only to a mobile money number in your own name. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.

7. Games of chance

The wheel is a game of chance with a published return to player. Stakes are placed from your casino wallet and can be lost in full. Do not stake money you cannot afford to lose. See our risk disclosure.

8. Loans and investments

Loans are discretionary, subject to eligibility, and repayable in full including interest by the stated date. Investment plans lock funds for a fixed term at a fixed stated return. Neither product is a regulated banking, lending or securities product unless we say so explicitly for your country.

9. Referrals

You earn a published percentage of the activation fee paid by members you invite, and a smaller percentage from the members they invite. Referral bonuses are paid only when an invited member activates. Creating accounts to refer yourself is fraud and will result in forfeiture.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the reward system, or that we are required to close by law. Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, any withdrawable balance will be paid out.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in your dashboard before they take effect.
